This Privacy Policy explains how Fire Foods Ghana Limited (operating as Fire Foods, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through firefoods-demo.daidatec.com. Ordering of Domino's Pizza happens on Domino's own platform (dominos.com.gh), which is governed by its own privacy policy — not this one.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the website's forms:

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
• Partnership enquiries: your name, email, and optionally company, phone, country, brand and message.
• Job applications: your name, email, optional phone and message, and any CV file you attach.

We may also log your IP address with a contact submission to help prevent abuse. We do not use advertising trackers, and the site sets no marketing cookies.

How we use it

We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, assess your application, or follow up on a partnership conversation. We do not sell your personal information.

How we store it

Submissions are stored securely and access is limited to the team that needs it. Uploaded CVs are kept on private storage and are not publicly accessible.

Retention

We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent, and for our legitimate business and legal records, after which they are deleted.
