As Store Manager you run your store like your own business: people, performance, food safety and customer experience.
You will lead and develop a crew, hit operational and financial targets, and uphold the Domino's brand standard every shift.
What you'll do
- Lead, schedule and develop the store team
- Own store P&L, labour and food-cost targets
- Guarantee food safety, quality and speed-of-service standards
- Drive local marketing and community engagement
What you'll bring
- 2+ years managing a QSR, restaurant or retail team
- Strong people-leadership and numeracy
- Right to work in Ghana
